KWHY-TV is a full service television station in Los Angeles, California, broadcasting on local digital UHF channel 42 and virtual channel 22. Founded in 1964, it is owned by Meruelo Group. KWHY is an independent Spanish-language station, and it is set to become the flagship of FOX’s new Spanish-language network, MundoFox, in the fall of 2012.
