KFVE-TV MyNet Honolulu - United States Television

KFVE is a low-power or full service television station broadcasting to Honolulu, Hawaii on local digital UHF channel 22. It is an affiliate of MyNetworkTV. KFVE signed on in 1988 and was the last VHF station in the market. at first KFVE concentrated on reruns and low budget Japanese dramas, than the station was taken over by another local station, KHNL, in 1993. KFVE took over coverage of University of Hawaii athletics, and was branded the home team. Since then the station has changed affiliations several times, first to UPN in 1995, and in 1998 it became affiliated with the WB. it’s current affiliation wiht MyNetworkTV began in 2006.
